“I want my stylist to like me — something to do with getting a nice haircut. I want her to care enough to make me look nice.”

“I like to talk. That way, it puts us both at ease.”

“Just small conversations with my barber when getting my haircut. We usually talk about sports, wives, children, and grandchildren.”

“We often talk — it is our time to catch up on family, friends, and life.”

“What is it about hairdressers needing to talk? Most barbers rarely let you get a word in while they’re cutting your hair. Some are hilarious. Those are the ones I don’t mind getting my haircut with.”
