“Only take a nap when I wake up really early in the morning and feel tired.”

“I’m retired now, so I just sleep in and don’t need a nap. Sure needed them when I was working.”

I have a varied sleep schedule, so I try to stay up all day so I can go to sleep at a decent time — but inevitably a few times a week, my eyes feel sooooooo heavy, and I know if I close them and take a two-hour nap, I’ll feel much better.”
