“I MAKE MEALS EVERY DAY USING A MIX OF ALL OF THEM.”

“I rarely eat these as they come, though. More often, I use them as a base for my own creations!”
“Add in fresh produce and fruit, spices and herbs — who could ask for anything more?!!”
“I do use canned beans! It’s so easy to make an excellent pot of soup or many other dishes, and leftovers are a blessing.”
“We eat canned black, pinto, and kidney beans, some frozen veggies (peas and corn mostly), and boxed high-protein, low-glycemic pastas and couscous. Beyond that, not too much else. Occasionally, we’ll have plantain chips with lunch sandwiches and soup (usually homemade).”
“Pretty much a mix lately. Groceries are pretty expensive, so buying fresh isn’t so often anymore. Heck, who can afford the gas to get to the store anymore as it is? I have to do delivery anyway, so I’d just as soon pay for a couple gallons of gas for someone else to bring it to me. I know these packaged foods aren’t the healthiest, but I do try getting items for salads and such along with those less expensive items. That’s about all we can do for now!”

“Well, I PURCHASE a mix of all of these, but they usually linger in their respective storage areas and aren’t utilized all that much. SO MUCH food waste at my house. Sorry, Earth.”
“It’s interesting because we go to the store regularly, which is why we don’t eat much frozen food. The canned food would possibly be Amy’s soup. Pasta and rice are packaged, and the most important item in the freezer is ice cream.”

“My regular go-to would be rotisserie chicken.”
“I mostly buy frozen fruits and vegetables when they’re out of season, but I never rely on prepared frozen meals. The packaged items I do purchase are usually quality pasta, crackers, salsas, sauces (for when I’m in a pinch), and rolled oats. I try to make as much as possible from scratch, pick up fresh bread from a local bakery, and source seasonal produce from nearby markets. Just your average home cook and baker doing my best to eat less processed foods!”
